come-first serve basis. Word processors are available on our main floor.

white.

Faxes must be only on one side of a page and please have fax number ready
when sending. The cost for this service is $1.00/page.

A variety of legal forms can be obtained in the reference
room. Forms such as power of attorney, living wills, rental leases,
quitclaim deeds, warranty deeds, and promissory notes. Those seeking a
divorce in Indiana may come into the library to obtain the forms or can link
to the forms online at
www.in.gov/judiciary/selfservice/forms.html.
A photocopying fee is required for all forms. |
